Hargeysa (hornpost.com/) The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Cirro), has today returned to the country after a combined official and personal visit to the United Arab Emirates.
During his stay in the UAE, the President participated in international meetings, including the Africa Debate Conference held in the city of Dubai. He also held meetings with Somaliland businesspeople and members of the diaspora community residing in the UAE, discussing ways to strengthen trade relations, encouraging investment in their homeland, and enhance participation in Somaliland’s development opportunities.
It is worth noting that throughout his visit to the United Arab Emirates, the President actively worked to strengthen Somaliland’s diplomatic relations with countries around the world, holding various meetings with senior officials aimed at advancing that goal.
