The Ministry of Finance of Somaliland and the DP world company that manages Berbera Port have held talks on Economic Development.

Hargeisa (hornpost.com/)A meeting was held today with the Minister of Finance and Economic Development of the Republic of Somaliland Mr. Abdillahi Hassan Aden and Chief Executive Officer of Dp-World Berbera Port Mr. Supachai while discussing many important points for the development and acceleration of the country's economy, and one of the issues they discussed was:-

A general description of the structure and function of the Berber port.
Acceleration and promotion of port services
Implementation of the service of goods crossing in our neighboring countries
Continuation of expansion and modernization of the port.

The meeting was also accompanied by the Minister of State of the Ministry Md. Ismail Mawlid Abdillahi and Director General of the Ministry Md. Mohamed Hassan Saleeban.

It is the first meeting between the Minister of Finance of Somaliland and the heads of the DP world company in charge of Berbera Port which is under its control which is aimed at improving the economy of Somaliland and the services provided by the port.
