Hargeisa (Horn post) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Somaliland has strongly condemned the recent military strikes carried out by Iran against several Gulf and Middle Eastern states.
In an official statement, the Somaliland government said the Iranian attacks targeted the United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
“The Government of the Republic of Somaliland strongly condemns this unjustified aggression, which poses a serious threat to regional peace and stability,” the statement said.
Somaliland also reaffirmed its full solidarity with the affected sister countries and called for respect for sovereignty and international law, warning that continued escalation could further destabilize the wider Middle East region.
