President of Somaliland has appointed the Committee for the Reform & Modernization of the various forces

Hargeisa (hornpost.com/) The President of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Cirro) has today on 25/01/2025 appointed a President with the symbol XM/G/083-049/012025 as the Committee for the Reform & Modernization of the Armed Forces different
It was according to the President's Decree as follows:-
To: All Officials mentioned below in Hargeisa
Cc: All JSL Hargeisa Army Commanders
Purpose: Appointment of the Committee for the Reform & Modernization of the Various Forces of the Republic of Somaliland.
As you are aware, the Government of the Republic of Somaliland is engaged in the reorganization, acceleration, modernization and development of the various military activities of the Republic of Somaliland.
Therefore, from today's date I have appointed you to be the Reform & Modernization Committee of the various forces of the Republic of Somaliland.
The structure of this committee is as follows:
1. Minister of Defense & Defense – Chairman
2. Minister of Interior & Security – Gud/Deputy.
3. Minister of the Ministry of the Presidency – Secretary
4. Minister of Finance & Economic Development-Member
5. Minister of Justice – Member
6. Minister of Fisheries & Marine Resources – Member
7. National Security Adviser to the President-Member
8. Senior Adviser on Economic Affairs to the President – Member
Therefore, I hope that you will perform this duty in a significant and weighty manner, and that you will complete the task in a short period of time, using the technology and experience required for this process.
I am instructing the commanders of the various forces of the country to give full support to this committee in carrying out this task that I have assigned.
