Nairobi (hornpost.com/) – A delegation led by the Minister of Energy and Mines Mr. Eng. Ahmed Jama Baree together with the Director General of the Somaliland Energy Commission Mr. Mohamed Mohamud Abdi (Malow) met with senior officials of the World Bank in Nairobi, Kenya.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the progress of the Somaliland Electricity Recovery Project (SESRP), the previous plans that have been agreed upon have been implemented, how the challenges that have arisen have been resolved and how to increase the work now this plan.
Also, the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and the Energy Jobs Group (ESWG) will present the terms of the work done and the challenges that are expected to be resolved together during the four-day period the meetings will continue.
In this meeting today, the work done in the four parts of the project (Partial Project) was presented and discussed, to find out the level of the implementation of the Somaliland Electricity Recovery Project (SESRP).
The meetings will continue for the next three days to present the discussion of the achievements and the rise of the discussion in one of the parts of the project (Project Components), which are one by one. will be analyzed in a boat.
