Aimee Bock sentences 40 years for Minnesota fraud case.

MINNEAPOLIS (Horn post) Aimee Bock, the convicted leader of the massive $250 million Feeding Our Future fraud scheme in Minnesota, was sentenced Thursday to more than 40 years in federal prison.

A U.S. judge handed Bock a 500-month prison sentence and ordered her to repay nearly $243 million to the federal government for her role in what prosecutors described as one of the largest pandemic-related fraud schemes in the United States.

Federal prosecutors said Bock orchestrated a network that exploited a federally funded child nutrition program during the COVID-19 pandemic, using fake meal claims and fraudulent documents to steal millions of dollars intended to feed children in need.

The Feeding Our Future case involved dozens of defendants and drew national attention over allegations of widespread fraud tied to pandemic relief funding in Minnesota.
