Washington, (Horn post) – The United States has reported that it has struck more than 12,300 Iranian targets since the escalation of hostilities, including command and control centers, ballistic missile sites, and weapons storage facilities.
According to a statement from the U.S. Central Command (Centcom), more than 155 Iranian vessels have also been “damaged or destroyed” during the campaign.
The report details that U.S. forces have conducted over 13,000 combat flights since the start of the conflict. These missions involved a range of aircraft, including F-22 Raptor and F-35 Lightning II fighter jets, as well as strategic bombers such as the B-1 Lancer, B-2 Spirit, and B-52 Stratofortress.
Centcom emphasized that the operations targeted key military infrastructure to degrade Iran’s operational capabilities, highlighting the continued reliance on advanced air power in the ongoing conflict.
