
HARGEISA, Somaliland (Horn post) Former Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi has extended Eid al-Adha greetings and congratulations to Muslims around the world, with a special message to the people of Somaliland at home and abroad.
In his Eid message, Bihi wished Somalilanders happiness, good health and a peaceful celebration during the Islamic holiday.
The former president also prayed for lasting peace, unity and stability in Somaliland, urging continued solidarity among the people.
“We ask Allah to strengthen our security and togetherness, bless us with His mercy and relieve us from drought,” Bihi said in the statement.
Eid al-Adha, one of the most significant holidays in Islam, is being celebrated by Muslims worldwide with prayers, charity and family gatherings.
